One of the things that sets us apart is our $60 Air Conditioning or Heating Tune Up Special. We recommend two tune ups a year: one for your heating (typically in the fall) and one for your cooling (typically in the spring). The purpose of a tune up is to service your system making sure your system is operating efficiently before cruel weather hits. For a tune up on your air conditioning system, our techs will visually inspect the system, check refrigerant levels, all capacitors, motors, control boards, and relays. They will rinse the condenser coil, ensuring that it is clean. The techs also check the condensation line to make sure it's clear, and all the drain pans for any cracks.
